This game is so underpolished it makes me *beep* sad! No death animation, no lip syncing, boring enemies, dull environments, crappy collision detection, buggy levels, no training mode to get used to executing combos, lazy save point system (if I find a Memento I should NOT have to go back and get it again just because I died), next to zero decent platforming sections, *beep* old jump puzzles, stupid health pick-ups (should NOT have to slice the bear, walking over it would have been a much better idea), the fact that hard mode just allows the enemies to time attacks so they hit you just before you recover so you can't do anything other than try and jump away and GOD *beep* HELP YOU if you get in a corner and they JUST KEEP HITTING YOU AS YOU *beep* RECOVER...thats not hard Namco Bandai its just *beep* ANNOYING! The combat is the only thing that saves this game, everything else...*beep* YOU Namco Bandai FOR BEING SUCH LAZY *beep* ARSE HOLES!

...even the battle with a robot while falling through the stratosphere was a let down!

LOL whaaaaaaaat? What "movement?!" You're friggin' crazy, dude.

Dayum saiya_jin, the game sounds BAD. I'm glad I read your post I was kinda considering getting it to find out if it was any good. Sounds like I shouldn't bother.

Thing is with Bandai, they make awesome toys but they don't make such great video games, and the ones they do are always tv show/toy tie-ins, which right off the bat don't make great video games. It sounds like the video game I got that's supposed to be based on Samurai Champloo...I say "supposed to be" because it was just so, so awful, and aside from having characters that looked like the anime characters, nothing about it had anything to do with the series. And it had the same kind of horrible control issues like you say AS the game seems to suffer from.

Well, I will avoid it. Although, I would like to rent it, just to see how bad it is.
