Kelly would so put that girl in her place! She would really teach her a lesson about how you act in the workplace. I dont know how Olivia isnt fired yet at ELLE!!! She speaks to her supueriors like she runs the place, like that episode when she told Erin that if she didnt like what she pulled she could go pull it herself. WTF??? Erin is pretty high ranked in the company doesnt she have the power to fire her?? She shows no discipline or respect for people who know more than she does and who have been there longer than her. Im astounded Joe doesnt care about the manner in which she acts!

Because she didn't actually work there; it was just set up for the show. Which is why Joe wouldn't "fire" her, they had to find a way to make it work for The City and the publicity I'm assuming. If she truly worked there she'd probably be gone by the first week.
