I am sad that this show was cancelled but laughed when you mentioned that MTV wanted to move on to scripted shows. Like these shows aren't scripted to begin with!!!

I couldn't stand watching this show with Olivia Palermo so I am glad. That girl didn't deserve her 15 min of fame. It was just the typical catty drama between girls. Whitney didn't belong in NYC she was to California. The whole show was just annoying. I am glad they cancelled it.
shareTo think the Hills lasted so long with their nonsense while The City was actuallya bout careers and real life struggles as a young person in the city on your own. Or just a young person in general trying to make it on your own. I know some of it is scripted to a degree but I feel like it was less so than the hills and had way more depth.
