OLIVIA attitude is nothing but RIGHT

Take a girl, who always travelled, studied, and put her on a environment where she has to deal with a band of roxys all day long

how would you behave? the best one of the lot is whitney, ok, but whitney too, beside being supernice is not the smartest ever, nor that olivia IS ,im just saying probably olivia would pull off very interesting conversation, once in a while!

the girls in this show and probably the girls she deals with on a daily basis are annoyed to death models-or adolescent behaving californian girls- or nowhere to go rich people daughters
the only one who is at her "level" is a downright bitch who has to make you pay for the fact she had to fight to get to the TOP.Now HOW would you behave? would you be oh so happy to blend? her maturity level just KILLS theirs!

WHITNEY: YEAH olivia i have to tell you in advance, when you'll come to jay's show ,well ,you see, the situation is a little tense cause adam maybe cheated on allie with catarina and jay is bff with adam and he probably will come so..."
OLIVIA: ok ok that's enough information...omg what are you whitney ,23? I did those things like in high school!

IS THIS CORRECT ENOUGH FOR YOU?

First, what's with the yelling? Second, I never said you were incorrect, I said your post doesn't make sense as it's written in jibberish. Third, what are you trying to prove in this post? That Olivia is a stuck up wench? Good job. I have no idea what context this supposed quote is in.

Yes, when someone is trying to show how mature they are by pointing out the immaturity of others they can come off stuck up. like I said before was I don't know what context this supposed quote is in, but I know that if I were walking into a social situation and there was drama going on I would appreciate a heads up so as to not step on any toes.

Even if she's right, it was the way she said it like she was so above them all. This isn't the first time she's done this either. In the finale of that part of the season she straight up said Whitney was being immature.

I think it's funny that you said that Olivia is annoyed because she has to spend her day with nowhere to go rich people's daughters because that's exactly what she is.

Fritzi: Oh save the speech, rummy. She's *beep* I'm ready, and the goddamn show must go on.

I think that's the difference between East Coast rich girls and West Coast ones. It's not uncommon for Upper East Coast girls to look down on California new movie star money rich girls.

After re-watching the show on Netflix, my opinion of Olivia has changed a bit. The first time I watched the show, I completely hated her and felt she was a total snake. This because I had seen Gossip Girl and she reminded me so much of Blair from the very beginning. However, after re-watching the show (years later), I've noticed that the downfall of Whitney's and Oliva's relationship was on Whitney 100%. Olivia accepted her and attempted to be friendly with her from the start. Oliva's world is completely different than Whitney's but she still managed to make time to introduce her to her world. What did Whitney do? She stood up for the wrong people.

First, Whitney nearly put her friendship with Kelly on edge, after the the skinny model and Kelly's bad blood scene. Whitney appeared to have the "guts" to approach Kelly and expect an apology, when in that same episode, Whitney clearly states that Kelly is very honest about her opinions and very unapologetic. Kelly's comments were quite appropriate especially since that skinny model looked really skinny. Besides, it was not really settled that Kelly knew right off that the skinny girl was a model.

Then, while Olivia is pretty much aware that Whitney's relationship with the Australian guy is going to go south, she tries to derail Whitney from the obvious train wreck that her little reality TV relationship is going to be like. But Whintey decides that she's a big girl and stands by her somewhat boyfriend's side brushing off Olivia's suggestions. Whitney really did come off as a child compared to Olivia in the first season, quite immature.

Then while Olivia gets the band a gig, Whitney's boyfriend decides that he's going to stay true to his background and not attempt to look presentable to a show that he already knew was going to be quite posh. Then he gets offended because he was not well received. Olivia had an excellent point about how the band should do their research and better prepare for their audience. Olivia can't control her cousin's actions, but quite frankly, even he was not in the wrong.

So what does Whitney do? She stands up for her sort of reality boyfriend and quickly shows Olivia her true colors. So clearly from that point on, Olivia chooses to no longer take Whitney under her wing. Whey should she? After the Australian, I'm sure another weird guy would show up in Whitney's love life and of course, Whitney would chose that guy over a friendship.

I had not really seen Season 1 until now, and only got a taste of Olivia's attitude in season 2, the first time around. But now, I see why she's the way she is towards Whitney in season 2. As for how she treats the rest of the staff such as Erin, I'm not sure what her motive really is, but I don't see Olivia as a total B*tch to Whitney from the start. I do think that Olivia really did try to be Whitney's friend but Whitney simply felt that she wanted to be tough skin and blindly stand up for the wrong people, as she had done in season 2 as well.

Overall, Whitney is a pretty weak person and the whole "nice girl from CA" really does suit her. She's a nice girl, but pretty weak lead. I liked the working girl aspect of the show but I can see why the show was cancelled.

I agree on everything you said except for the thing about the gig Olivia got for the band, when you book a band, you pretty much know their look and sound and they shouldn't be expected to change it. For instance you don't book Green Day or Guns and Roses, and expect them to show up wearing suits and ties.
