A 7 for that tango? WTF??!!!

WHAT IS WITH that South African judge? I love the way the male dancer was so gracious about the comments he got, and clearly he is younger and less experienced than his fab-u-lous partner, but come on....a 7??? That tango was amazing! The American judge got it right when he scored it a 10.
