New Dredd TV Show coming out apparently

Details are meant to be released later this year but I've read that it's UK based, set in the US in the near(ish) future and is going to be expensive.

I don't know if it'll get the proper violence and gore needed to fully realise the universe in which it is set but I think a Daredevil situation would be adequate enough with a decent script.

If it's straight to streaming or Starz or HBO, it might be good. If it's on network TV, it's just gonna be a police procedural in a futuristic setting.

I'm hoping Netflix, Starz or HBO too (Daredevil was Netflix) as it can go further than regular television can.

I remember Mac and Cheese with Karl Urban and that was awful!
