Question: When Does Gunnar Bjorck get killed?

As you know, Dag plans to expose in his book about the sex trade to be published by Millennium and Blomkvist picks up where Dag left off, being killed by Niederman. Björck agrees to reveal stuff unless his name isn't mentioned.

But all of this happens in The Girl Who Played with Fire. Now I've only seen The Dragon Tattoo at the theatre, since it wasn't originally intended that The Fire and Hornet's would be shown at the theatres, but as two sequels in the Millennium Trilogy made for television. But because The Dragon Tattoo was such a success, they cut the other two for the theatres as well.

But Björck was killed by The Section by hanging, and made his death look like suicide. But I guess this isn't clear if you haven't watched the extended version of Millennium (9 hours something and the only one I've seen, shown as a mini-series aired on TV in Sweden) where Björk's death is in the beginning of Hornets' Nest :) If you haven't seen it, I warmly recommend it.
