I'm just starting to watch this and Zala has almost succeeded in staggering down the hospital corridor to kill Lisbeth. Oh man, is it going to stay this silly?

Thrice-shot and buried Lisbeth has been shown to be responsive and no one's asked her who shot and buried her? She's the victim of an attempted murder and she's lying helpless in bed, suspect at large, with no security whatsoever? Then, a guy who's accusing her of murder is stowed just down the hall with no security on him? No one seeing to it that these two are not able to get at each other's throats?

What am I missing?
