**Spoi;lers**Why was shspoie on trial..**Spoilers**

..for her father's murder? When there were many witnesses to it being the old man who killed himself in the hospital corridor. Also she was holed up with her defence lawyer when her father was killed so she would have been witness to her innocence. Not to mention the fact she was also being accused of previously attempting to murder her father but no one seemed interested in the three bullets they had to pull out of her from the scene of the supposed attempted murder of her father. Sorry but this just spoiled the whole thing for me.

She wasn't being tried for shooting her father. She was being tried for attempted murder in hitting her father in the head with an axe in one of the last scenes in the previous movie in the series, The Girl Who Played With Fire.

Yes but she had gunshot wounds to her head and her body, clotted blood in her hair, dirt from the grave in her hair and on her clothes. There was blood in the grave. The gun was in her possesion, but there was gunpowder on Zala's hands.

All proof that she was shot first and buried alive before she attacked him. I was able to suspend disbelief and enjoy the movie. But it was a sloppy storytelling.

Yeah. That part is quite weak. Unless the Swedish legal system is really that bad, sure.

reply

Also, why was she allowed to present such a garish appearance in the courtroom but not enjoy a cigarette in her cell afterwards?
