How faithful to the book?

Seems that they skipped too much of the book. Barely anything about Tom and Myrtle or Daisy's child.

Planning on reading the book soon, but Daisy's daughter is only mentioned once or twice in the movie. Is there more of a story about her in the book?

The book spends more time on the romance between Nick and Jordan.
