Does this mean that Matt Hardy and Jeff Hardy will face each other in a match just like Brett Hart and Owen Hart (God rest his soul) faced each other in a match at WrestleMania X?

Yeah Bret & Owen never had a title when they fought, although Bret won later in the show (WM X). And Jeff lost his, so it'd be the same thing again. And there's always a ladder under the ring, so, if they fought maybe they'll surprise us again.
