Old Kids TV show

This reminds me of an old kids tv show I watched a LONG (ok maybe not long but I watched it in like '93-'94?) time ago about toys who where afraid to go into a part of the attic and become "beened" (as in "that toy had been fun long ago")....I mean it REALLY reminds me of it....and I've never been able to find or remember the name of that show...any help?
