Creepiest movie I've seen in a long, long time

I forgot the last time a movie made me squirm so much. The intensity really catches the viewer off guard. This said by one who has seen 'Seven', 'Saw', 'Hostel 2', 'Texas Chainsaw', 'House of 10,000 Corpses', etc.
