When will Bollywood stop copying shamelessly???

Raaz 2 is a blatant copy of Hollywood horrors like Exorcism of Emily rose, Stigmata, Ring... etc etc etc as already noted by IMDB users.
What pissed me off most were scene-copying! Come on... copying scenes almost frame-to-frame from The Devils Advocate, Ring and Mirrors! I am sure of I notice closely I would find many more!
What is wrong with Bollywood directors huh? Is there such an absence of Original thinking???????

most of the indian movie goers will never get to see what the mirror, the ring or what the exorcism of emily rose showed because there is a massive part of india which doesnt watch or understand english cinema..this is no excuse to copy but then any kind of cinema (original or copied or inspired) which entertains the public ,who spend their hard earned bucks has to be termed as brilliant cinema.

Raaz 2 rocked and most of the bhatt productions which are copied ,are a great watch in hindi .

I hope you do realize that most Horror flicks in Hollywood are also remakes from Japanese Horror films (which are a lot scarier). I am sure when you are watching these hollywood remakes, the concept doesnt bother you, so why does it matter if Bollywood does the same thing? ...just a thought :o)

The thing that bothers me is that Bollywood never acknowledge the original source and presents it as their own work, which is just wrong.

Watch the credits of Ring, Grudge, The Eye, The Uninvited, One Missed Call, etc. you'll see the mention of the original movie and screen writers. Also Hollywood and most of other major movie industries in world seek permission and buys the rights to remake from the original creators before proceeding.

I agree with you on bollywood trying to copy hollywood...I particularly didn't like this movie that much than the first raaz....but I have to correct you something....your claim about this copying from mirrors is ridiculous...that shows how much intelligence you have...raaz 2 was suppose to come out back in June of last year but it was delayed....mirrors was released in august of last year...even if they wanted to...they wouldn't be able to copy a movie because the process of filming from casting takes two years...and you are not seriously suggesting that someone from bollywood joined the hollywood crew of mirrors during filming just to copy a scene from mirrors...what are you high? get real...you so claim that indian audiences are stupid...maybe you should do a reality check on yourself ok?
