Isn't that Eric Stoltz in the DVD's third deleted scene? It's interesting that there is a credit for Venus Azucar (Christine Lakin) who as far as I can recall appeared only in the first deleted scene, but none for Stolz or Rita (Rya Linstedt), who appear only in the third deleted scene. Unless he's playing Sy Maplewood, credited to Cale Finot, who's also listed as Key Grip and has always been a crew member on other films.
shareLakin appears in the bonus scene after the credits (the faux trailer for Even Reverse Cowgirls Get the Blues), and therefore deserves a credit for appearing in the film. By virtue of his scene being cut, Stoltz does not have to be credited.
shareThere's a 'Scene Deleted' attribution for credits on IMDb. I added both Stoltz and Emma Bell, IMDb accepted Bell (as she does appear in the film, but her major scene was cut) but not Stoltz. Try submitting an update for him, maybe if a few people do it they will list it.
