Who's the father of her baby?

It's assumed that it's Josh Brolin's character from the first movie,
but Elektra says she didn't want to take a paternity test. So it's unsure.

at the end of the first film she retired from porn.. and she actually did love the Nick but they never really actually said it. So she wanted to keep the baby.
