By FAR My Favorite!

The 4th installment was so cute that we now own two copies in our household (and there are no children here).

I found the costumes not only charming, but also BEAUTIFUL! The music was cute, the storyline was cute with just enough of the "Real World" stepping in -- There really are people living in the hills of various Asian countries that live as the minority tribe in this film lived.

This story was everything I would have enjoyed and watched time and time again as a child. With the colours, fashion and beautiful cinematography - I could very well watch most of the movie on mute and still enjoy it... just as I could also likely enjoy hearing just the sound... Put together, I thoroughly enjoyed this film.

Sure, there were cheesy moments..and while some things about the Asian culture in this film seemed crazy or silly -- that's how some cultures truly live. I've been there....seen it, tasted those bugs and eaten kidney beans with corn in my ice cream.

This is a delightful way to let your little princess (and even those of us who are no longer so little) enjoy seeing a bit more of the world that we would likely never see!

I think they should keep releasing these films, if they intend to keep up this high of quality! The 3rd installment's quality, costumes and cast left a lot to be desired (I missed Soren, even though he needed to be missing for the story to work)..but I DO like how they tackle real-to-life problems in these films.

They've gone beyond "The Prince and the Princess lived happily ever after.." to show us about how the Earth can be and that we need to care for it in "3", and now in "4" - reaching out to those who are being exploited or persecuted because of the tribe they belong to...

This shows us and our children that there is no "happily ever after" without caring for the world in which we live - and its peoples, even if we don't know their name.

Bravo for the cast and all who put efforts into making these films something we can watch and enjoy...and, possibly even learn from.

Bravo for making "4" in the beautiful country I called home for 4 months! :)
