Anyone know where I can find a copy of this? I know it was just released but has anyone found a website or clips on YouTube or anything?

Wholphin No. 9 is out of print, so in case anyone's looking for it, Amazon has it available from third parties:

The collection is artfully presented as you might expect from McSweeney's and includes a booklet of interviews with all the filmmakers. I enjoyed Sparks and felt like you can trace some of the visual style of JGL's feature debut Don Jon back to this short film. I found several of the other short films and documentaries on this DVD worthwhile, as well.
