Ending a bit much (spoiler)

I liked this film -- the "little town values" stuff might be a bit stereotypical, but I'm game. I'm also a romantic at heart. Still, why did they feel a need to stack miracle on top of miracle?

I would be fine if they went there, the boy etc. helped them re-discover their love for each other, and they decide to adopt. Finding love is a miracle in itself -- just ask those who did so! And, they could have paid for an operation for the boy. (I know they try to find a rational reason to explain the boy's recovery, but I'm not sure if we are supposed to take it seriously -- it seems like a miracle.)

Instead, not only does the boy miraculous recover, but she gets pregnant. That's a bit much. As Rene says, you had me at hello. The rest was a bit overkill.

I agree, I would've liked it if they'd paid for Pepillo's operation, even if he'd been hurt more from falling, and could've said that the saint sent Pete and his wife as a miricle. And then they could've adopted a child.

But then, its a Hallmark movie, so they have to do this; kind of like The Christmas Shoes, except she dies in that one, becuase its part of the song.
