I'm really ignoring everything and stating that I really liked this film

I must say I only downloaded it because I saw the trailer in a dvd I rented and it showed it was a narrated movie. I. Love. Narrated. Movies.
So I thought "why not?"
It turns out that I was expecting a horror story, with a lot of blood and ugly faces, which it isn't, but I thought it was a very good movie.
So I don't care what the reviews and ranting on this site is, I must say I really enjoyed it.

I've seen worse. It's elevated by the presence of the great Ed Lauter.

Hidden surprise for me. I recorded it from Showtime and didn't expect much. I ended up liking it a whole lot.

Agreed. It was on Showtime at 3am and I thought I would give it a try. I ended up really liking it. The premise was interesting and even though I wouldn't call it 'horror' it had some creepy moments and it definitely kept your attention. I don't understand the low rating, thought it was good

Yeah, it wasn't bad. They could omit the superpowers,though. Apart from telepathy since that was necessary for the story.
