Is it possible and allowed to walk and see where they busted the window? Can we climb up the fans and stuff? I noticed that they walked inside a building and out the backdoor.

I seem to remember reading they indeed have started tours around the locations where this happened..but Im not from there,but in the lack of an answer ill give you the little I know of this.

No, you are not allowed to climb up to the fans. And to the person above : There were no tours. They only took people who were directly involved to the event back to the scene.

Do you mean the building? they moved but nokas still exsist.
