So incredibly annoying - everything wrong with this film

1. Even if he took out the police station, in real life he would have been surrounded by S.W.A.T and helicopters within minutes. This was the most glaring plothole, and it ruined the film for me. It's not like his town is an independent country.

2. The 'moving out' subplot was pointless.

3. There is no way that Bill would have fooled the authorities into thinking the killer was Evan, even if his dad was an extremist.

4. Considering the gravity of the situation, everyone seems so relaxed (e.g. the parents don't seem particularly disturbed to discover that there was a mass shooting in their neighbourhood, and that the killer was a close friend; the Salon girl calls Bill a *beep* d***head" as if he were just some pervert who grabbed her ass instead of a mass murderer; the coffee shop owner decides to remain in his shop when he hears the shooting outside, as if it were just another day at work). It reminds me of Boll's other film, Postal.

Can you think of any more?

Not trying to offend, but.. if you think SWAT and helicopters are on standby at all times and would be surrounding him within minutes, I feel like you've watched a few too many movies or believing videogames a bit too much.

A response time of something like that, in real life isn't actually that damn fast. Better in big cities ofcourse, but I still think it's not a matter of MINUTES anywhere in the world. Police squad response, ambulance... maybe... swat and helicopters? No way.
