Good Bad or Bad Bad?
I read here that this is terrible, but is it funny or fun in that Plan 9/Mst3k sort of way or is it just straight up bad?

It ranges from "silly-bad" (the movie theater scene, the scenes in the mental institution) to just "bland-bad" (basically everything else). I wouldn't recommend it for a bad movie night. It's simply not entertaining enough.
