Isotopes, a study of 2 and 3.

This is the name of the music Cyrus recorded and gave to John. The title appears to reference the bizarre, triangular relationship of Cyrus, Molly and John, but it also made me realise that this isn't the only example of 2 and 3. John's relationship with his ex and her fiance is another case of two people struggling to free themselves from the shackles of a third wheel. These two family dynamics echo each other, and show us that John is much like Cyrus in his needs.
