Yes, I really like this movie. I think it took some risks and when you take risks you can alienate some people. This isn't a paint by numbers feature. I have read the negative reviews for it and while some interesting points were made, I really liked Cyrus. John C. Reilly's desperate exasperation is so good. Marisa Tomei's is the parent blinded by love for her son. Jonah Hill was good as the manipulative loner with mommy issues. I thoughly enjoyed all the scenes with just them. No little boy wants to see his mother as a sex kitten. But should a woman have to ignore that part of her life to appease her grown son? It's just an interesting question and like how this film answered it.
