Was that her being pregnant at the bar near the ending of the film. any help in interpreting this scene.

I would suppose that was her, in her dream anyway. Then she wakes up hung upside down -minus one leg gnawed off by that zombie.

I thought that too at the beginning of that scene, but the reality is that her being pregnant at the bar was just a dream, in the dream she replaced the evil mother, dreams are often pieces of memory mixed together that usually make no sense.

But to make it clear, look at her striped socks and reddish hair, you'll see it's her. The now girl from the dream had distinctly brown hair, and totally different physiognomy of the face.

It's one of the two I guess ... reborn as the new bar owner ... or just experiencing a pre-death dream. If she is back so is Max, who I thought perished in the fire. He seems to change sides as often as most guys do their underpants.🐭

Maybe the whole escape scene was a dream, i.e. striped socks hallucinated getting caught in a snare with the mudmen eating her leg when in reality, the mudmen were eating her leg as she was hanging. Someone else in another thread talked about how the mudmen may have only gnawed off her leg to free her from the snare. That's a neat idea too except that the barn is still standing and not burned where she's hanging which makes me think that scene never happened. For some reason, I thought that the girl the son picked up in the scene where striped socks is pregnant was hung up behind her in the final scene so that was kind of confusing too.
