This is ironic. Jerry Maren (one of the "lollipop Gould" Munchkins from the wizard of oz, actually I believe the one who hands Dorothy the lollipop) is listed as playing "mime" in this "B" (or is it a C or D) horror flick.
I only stumbled across this whilst researching which cast members were surviving from some of the 30's and 40's classics.

Yes he is. His character fights John Wayne Gacy after becoming a MIME when the stock market destroys his career as a trader. It is a wonderful performance by a lifelong legendary performer. Jerry maren, aside from being the "Lollipop Kid", is also know for creating the characters: Buster Brown, Hamburglar, and Grimace. He told us a hilarious story while shooting Dahmer vs Gacy about how he and Billy Barty were at Jimmy Stewart's bachelor party and were rolled out from either side of the room hiding under giant Turkey Carts. Once in front of Jimmy Stewart, they rolled back the lids of the carts and the two legendary little people hosed Jimmy down with turkey basters full of champagne.
