When did Ronnie Sukiart appear

Episode 7, at the end. He's the guy Maiza is talking with, although he isn't named. He also appears in 13, at the end. And in 14, at the beginning -- he's setting up dominoes with the rest of the guys. It's also the first time we're given his name. :( As someone who didn't read the novels, I'm bothered a little bit that he even showed up at all. The final episode revelations regarding him were cool, but the character had no development before that. I didn't know who that guy was at the end of episode 7.
