I would like to know a few things: first of all, how far into the story does part 1 go? And also, how much of the cast is there? It seems IMDb is taking a real slow time to post more of the cast and I'm beginning to wonder just how much of it is actually in this adaptation. So, were there any other characters shown not listed on this page and how far does it go, for anyone who's seen part 1?

It was shown here some time ago, so I'm straining to remember, but I think it's about the scene where Ahab has nailed the gold coin to the mast and his subsequent speech... not sure what you mean about the cast, but everyone listed is in it, with John Hurt and Ethan Hawke very effective as Ahab and Starbuck with standout performances by Eddie Marsan as Stubb and Raoul Trujillo as Queequeg.
