How Minor Was Sarah Minor?

Bad pun was bad, I know.

I saw what I assume to be the first half of the movie yesterday and got to the part where Sarah returns only to be presumably killed off by the house. Yet, I've seen screencaps with what appears to be Sarah that I don't recall seeing at all. Does Sarah ever come back, or as her name suggests, was she just a minor (and hot) character?

She's only in one scene after that, appearing on a television in a "commercial" for the house. So yes, Minor.
