Did they really clear Grand Central Station?

Just wondering that's all- it looked like they did, pretty massive thing to do. But if they didn't- it was a hell of a set for under 100million Dollars.

The film? Burt Johnson was not as charismatically dangerous as the original- Brand was ok- 6/10
