No, she originally had a part but then she was removed.

Think she was supposed to play 'Surpanakha'. Aint too sure bout it myself.

Actually, I don't think she was supposed to play anybody in particular. She had a special appearance or some item number that was removed b/c Mani thought it would make the movie too long.
