HAARP
Does anyone else think the stuff in the film looks like HAARP?.

This film's premise is definitely based on HAARP (they power up an "array" at the end of the film to affect the ionosphere which is what HAARP does) and technologies like it, though ice twisters seem to have no relation to it.
Cloud seeding is referred to many times throughout the film and was experimented with back in the '50s and '60s. You can read about the guy who headed the secret project on the web. Just type in Ben Livingston...interesting stuff.
BTW, the movie sucks...what a load of crap...so bad....would love to see a film about HAARP and the conspiracy behind it, instead of badly done CG and silly action sequences.
what are you talkiing about this movie was RAD. the government using scientists to do research in a field that can save the world but the only purpose is to create a Weapon of Mass Destruction that could be told off as an 'act of GOD'! the destruction of the ozone was caused by HAARP running full bore non-stop for over a decade not CFC emissions and this is the only type of way to wake certain people up to the New World Order. comedian sheldon anderson used to be in the belly of the beast known as WALL STREET and has to dumb down his material about business to get people to wake up a tad to ask what he was actually talking about check out the link of a 4 parter for more details http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RRfDj6lryVE.
