What kind of vehicle is that?

Does anyone know what kind of vehicle that is on the farm where the kids move to when they've grown up? No the Volvo they drive. The kind of British made van-like, passenger vehicle. There is a "National Donor Program" insignia on the rear doors. You see the old man servicing it when Kathy asked to become a carer.
