X-Men 1 & 2 for Sega Genesis.
X-Men: Age of Apocalypse for SNES.

Worst:
Uncanny X-Men for NES. (Laughing Joking Numbnuts a.k.a. LJN sucks at making games except for a few and this is a big example of how they suck)

I don't know if I'd call it terrible, but Spider-Man & X-Men: Arcade's Revenge was ridiculously difficult.
X-men 6-player arcade is the best...if you've got 5 other people playing with you. Nothing beats the Colossus yell. Or Magneto's terrible lines "I am Magneto, master of magnet!"
