Does he have mental issues?

I love his accomplishments and his obvious athletic talent, but for someone to have zero fear. I mean absolutely zero fear, must have some sort of mental issues!

Sounds like I am insulting him and I am not insulting him. Just curious what causes this kind of "No Fear" mentality???
