Totally liked him better with Chloe. I just thought they were such a cute couple, and I especially liked their first date!

Summer. Summer cared about Lauren and always set a good example. Chloe was trash and I didn't think it was realistic for Steve to be interested in her.

I didn't see Chloe as this wonderful, endearing fan-favorite that many other viewers consider her to be. I thought she was tacky, irresponsible, and selfish. I didn't like her with Steve, because while she was hanging out in the lap of luxury at Steve's mansion and eating dinner at Le Privilege, Emily and her disabled brother were at their squalid shack with no electricity, water, or food. She was fine with letting Steve provide her with expensive perks while cavalierly letting her kids go without basic necessities. Chloe's "forgetfulness" and lack of common sense weren't cute to me, and as a result, I found it very hard to root for her.

Chloe. I always felt Summer was just a pretty young thing for him to have on his arm. But he had a real spark with Chloe. But then I'm a sucker for odd couple romances.

neither.

summer was inappropriate in how she dealt with lauren sometimes, even though she had good intentions (telling lauren that steve HAD proposed to her minutes before lauren had to compete, making lauren apologise to sasha during worlds!). she was also very judgemental and holier than thou.

chloe was fun but a little trashy and immature. i enjoyed watching her with steve, but lets face it, that relationship wasn't really going anywhere except the bedroom.

Neither. When you look up the word "blackmail" in the dictionary, you'll see Steve's name on it with a picture of him, too. So he doesn't deserve happiness. If anyone, he and Ellen Beals should've been together because they both got cruel intentions.

Yes as some put it best, they went overboard with the white trash thing. I liked Chloe but could have done without the heavy make up, lipstick and the wig. Having her be a singe parent would have been enough.
