Who voices Mother Nature?

Just saw this the other night. And right after Year Without a Santa Clause. Yikes! what a difference...Oh well.

Anyway, I racking my brain trying to figure out who did the voice of Mother Nature. I've heard that voice before. The closest I could think of is that she kind of sounds like Phylicia Rashad the mom on Little Bill and from Cosby Show. But I don't think it's her. Anyone know??
