Dumb characters doing dumb things

Almost nothing would happen if the characters weren't horrible people doing the dumbest thing possible at every moment and not in an entertaining way. Jamie Foxx plays a character who breaks all the rules because he just can't be arsed to follow them so his wife dumps him which makes him desperate and even more stupid. The bad guys threaten but never do anything bad except to each other. The good guys are all brown. The bad guys are all white. Yawn. Being a vampire gives you ninja skills. Snoop Dog appears as the Black Cowboy with an electric minigun but sadly it's not as awesome as it sounds. I didn't hate it but I watched it in pieces over a couple days. In the days of video stores this would have been a turd, sadly nowadays it's average.
