I also attended the Sunday noon showing in SLC. This was a great film presented by brilliant actors! If you get a chance to see this film, take it! You won't be disappointed!

I wish more of the cast had been able to make it, and that those who were had participated in the Q&A. It was kind of odd to see a director answer audience questions while his cast members stayed seated in the audience. I enjoyed it nonetheless.

I TOTALLY agree! The director got under my skin a little bit.

It was one of the most puzzling experiences I've had at and following a festival Q&A. Not only was it odd that the director did not ask the actors to join him (maybe they didn't want to, though) but most filmmakers are happy to pose for pictures afterward and also gracious enough to take some shots of the cast members and me for my collection. This was the first time I've had a director take my camera and then deliberately cut me out of the pictures as he shot them. I spoke at length with the actors later that day and neither one had a clue as to why he behaved that way. I'm not sure if he intended to be rude but it sure came off that way. If he didn't want to take them he could have just said no. I certainly did nothing to offend him or warrant that. If it was a joke it was lost on all of us.
