For anyone wondering if this Documentary is worth it

For anyone wondering if this Documentary is worth it - it depends.

If you're obsessed with John Hughes and the 80s then yes.
If you're a fan of Hughes or good documentaries in general - then no.

This is not a good documentary by any stretch of the imagination.
In fact, the documentary isn't about John Hughes, it's about some kids traveling to the United States to find John Hughes and interview him - and they fail.

These kids take up more screen time than any of the actors, directors, etc that they interview. This documentary is made up of about 60% of footage of the kids traveling, 10% of random high school kids they interview, and then 30% of people who have worked with John Hughes on his biggest movies.

SO - this is a terrible documentary, but if you are obsessed like I am, then you'll watch it just to see the interviews.

not interviewed in the documentary:
John Hughes
Molly Ringwald
Anthony Michael Hall
Emilio Estevez
Matthew Broderick
