T.V. Carpio and Dana Fuchs in Across the Universe? This pairing does not belong on a list of white men and Asian women in films.

For one thing, Dana Fuchs is a woman since the character T.V. Carpio plays in that movie is a lesbian. For another thing, they were never even a couple at all. Carpio's character just had a crush on Fuchs' character from afar. Fuchs was in a relationship with a man through the entire film and very satisfied with him. It was just an unrequited crush.

You forgot the guy who said he had a Taiwanese gf who then left and never came back. Another WM/AF relationship that was in this film while Asian males in general were suspiciously invisible.

Ever been to Asia? lol, what was the point of this thread? Your list of films is very mediocre. *beep* Hollywood, watch films from Wong Kar Wai, Chan Wook Park, Kim Ki Duk, Zhang Yimou, Chen Kaige, and some of the great Asian filmmakers that feature BOTH Asian male and female leads.
