According to imdb. The director Joann Sfarr created a graphic novel for which this film is based on. Does anyone know where i can find a copy of the Graphic Novel, or who published it?

It is available in the french language and is over 400 pages in length. the publisher is called 'Dargaud'. I am uncertain if it will see a english release.
