My score as a western film is 5/10
As a Hong Kong film I'd up that to 6/10
It had some pretty amateur acting in it, but I can forgive that more in a HK film. The story line was bit far fetched and we just had to accept that that George Fong somehow worked out that Costello was an amnesiac. Typical HK humor was in the film which gave it a few plus points.
Well worth a pound!
I also picked it up in Poundland. Not great stuff, all that slow motion, bad acting and corny dialogue wear you down eventually. 4/10. I liked the rubbish tip battle most, you can't really complain for a quid I suppose, and you do occasionally find some decent films this way.

Go watch Triad Election. Whatever you have to do to get it you won't regret it. Same director. Three years earlier. Maybe he's going through a mental degeneration like Costello in this film?
