If you like Jean-Claude Van Damme films , you will enjoy this , otherwise don't waste your time , very bad acting , very bad script , a little good cinematography and editing , but it's not enough to make a good movie , my rate is 3/10.

I am a fan of To's other movies (especially The Mission and Election movies) and this one I didn't like at all. I don't recommend it either.
