I was GONNA come on here because I was was curious
was thinking "hey, the puppies talk so must air-bud" and I wanted to see who voiced him...but when I came on here and looked under the credits...It dosen't list Air-bud O.o anywhere?
What happened to him?
did somebody just forget to credit him? or...did they somehow NOT put Airbud in the movies? O.o
Strangely enough, Air Bud does not appear at all in this film. Neither does Molly, so this is the first film where neither of them appear at all; only their puppies.

Yes, both Air Bud and Molly appeared in both Air Buddies and Snow Buddies. They both talked.
Who voiced him?
I looked under both of those and I can't find air-bud listed :(

The voice of Air Bud was provided by Tom Everett Scott. The character was credited as Buddy on the closing credits, which is probably the reason you couldn't find him.

The original dog who played Air-Bud died soon after the first movie of cancer I believe. Unfortunately purebred Golden Retrievers only live 10-15 years and Buddy was not young by the time his story got big and they made a movie and the original movie is well over a decade old.
