This was buon. I always liked Cortello because he seemed like one of us. You know, mafioso or something and couldn't be stopped. The two muggers did well too. I had just watched it from one of the actors page so figured I'd check out this page. Good luck with this and would like to see a full length re-make of it.

Ok, I'll bite.
Since you seem to be an acting expert, can you please tell all of us what was bad?
You see, just insulting the actors with no examples doesn't do anything except make you look bad - not them.
Kim Santiago and Roberto Lombardi are amazing actors. In everything I've seen them in they are able to play a variety of characters and emote well. Plus, become that person. In "Maniac Cop" Kim is appropriately scared and relieved and the same for Roberto being slimy then scared.
See where I'm going? I gave examples to back my opinion.
I was quite pleased by the quality of this short. The moody almost black and white cinematography in particular was very impresive.
