Why, after they were stolen from the first time, did they not move all the food indoors? Why when they had food did they seem to eat like pigs? Saying "I'm stuffed" afterward. Seemed they had never heard of rationing... if they had food they ate it ALL.

It's one of the negatives I find in movies anymore.
And they had this huge lake in their front yard! They didn't even try to be self sufficient. After the incident with the neighbor,I'd had enough.I wanted to shoot them myself.
