Shattered trailer?

I saw this trailer on youtube and it confused me due to the storyline doesn't match the 10 episodes I saw already. Though it has the same title (Shattered) and actor (Keith Callum Rennie). Maybe someone else can clarify?

It's the trailer from the first version of the pilot. They had a different concept back then, having Ben's alternate personalities being portrayed by other actors.
