Music question for 'Tears bring Harry'

Anyone know the end credit song for the episode 'Tears Bring Harry' which I belive is the fourth episode in the series?

Has a female vocalist and I really like it but I've tried googling the lyrics aswell as making a clip out of the song and try uploading it to a automatic system who can match it (except it couldn't).

I'll upload it to youtube and post it here later, meanwhile, anyone got a idea?
